DS, 1765 December 5 : Maryland. Articles of Agreement.

A contract between Rodney and Charles Nabb of Maryland allowing Nabb to let two plantations for five years, including "four Negro men, Two Negro women, and Two Negro boys," all named, for two hundred pounds yearly. The slaves were to be returned "in Good Tenentable Order and Repair ..." Also signed by Charles Nabb.
